My Story
Dancing is my fitness for Life!
I’ve been a Belly Dance Instructor since 1991 and can honestly say I can’t think of anything else that brings me such joy as teaching and sharing this dance. I love working with students of all ages and abilities and get so much satisfaction from seeing how they grow and develop in their skills and self-confidence.

I am a very conscientious instructor and work to give you a safe and solid foundation of skill in a comfortable judgement free environment. Whether you’re looking to learn on your own, or are interested in joining with others, please explore the options below.
Private Lessons
Personalized Attention
Lessons are designed on an individual basis according to the students’ abilities and goals for themselves with the dance. Generally there is more in-depth focus on dance technique than in a group class. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions before scheduling an appointment. I look forward to meeting you!
Group Classes
FUN and Fitness!
No matter your level of skill or experience, you’ll gain a lot from taking my Group Lessons. This class will help with balance, flexibility and coordination. You will learn belly dance technique, but it is also a mild aerobic fitness class and a fun way to get your workout.

Sharing our dance with the community
We love to perform for you! Throughout the year we usually have seasonal festivals and events where you will find us dancing, but things have been unusual and many of our events have been cancelled or postponed. As of summer 2021 you can find us at The Oregon Crafters market in Silverton every last Sunday at 12:30. (Stay tuned for more events)
