This movement class will focus more on exercise than dance using the isolation techniques of belly dance to work down the body from head to toe. If you've been looking for something to gently get you moving again after being shut in or just want to feel JOY in the gift of movement, this is a perfect class for you. This class will be weekly, every Sunday from 4:30-6pm at Revolutionary Dance & Movement Co. in Silverton. https://www.facebook.com/RevolutionaryDance https://revolutionarydance.com/ Cost will be $40/month or $15 for drop-ins.
